This Simple Technique Will Completely Change Your Photographs’ Aesthetics

Having had previous experience with noise during my aperture experimentations, learning about ISO was quite easy.

Our task was simple: take the same photograph using ISO 100, 800, and the biggest it can get on our camera. Higher ISO creates more noise within the photographs.

While it may not be so obvious far away, if you look closely, you can see the images to the right look grainer.

I stood in front of the staircase, changing my ISO according to the task.
I also had to increase the shutter speed to reduce overexposure and underexposure from increasing the ISO.
Once it came to the photograph with ISO 25600, increasing the shutter speed to the maximum was not effective enough and so I had to also increase the aperture.

Increasing the ISO in your photographs can make your images look completely different, here is another example:

Why don’t you give it a try?
