Parent Constraint for picking up objects

Grouping a object on its own, parenting a locator to the wrist joint then parent constraining the group to the locator you can have full control over both the animation of the object itself and the arm joint.

I forgot to 0 out the transformations for the locator which caused some glitches so I’ll make sure to do that next time
but otherwise this is a useful way to have freedom and control over objects.
